She provides clear guidance on available study options, coordinates the application process and ensures every student receives organised and responsive support throughout their journey.

With her background in education, business administration and operations, Shami helps make the international education process more personal, structured and manageable for students and their families.

Based in the United Kingdom, Serah is the Marketing Director of Apex Global Pathways and an international education counsellor specialising in the UK.

Her experience studying and living in the UK gives her valuable firsthand knowledge of British universities, student life and the practical realities of settling into a new country.

Serah helps students understand the complete overseas education experience, including the learning environment, lifestyle, cultural adjustment and preparation for life after graduation.

Her firsthand perspective helps students and families prepare for more than the university application, giving them a clearer understanding of what studying and living in the United Kingdom may involve.

Shey is the Founder and CEO of Apex Global Pathways and an international education counsellor specialising in Australia.

Having lived in Melbourne for almost a decade, he brings firsthand knowledge of Australian education, everyday life and the local employment market. His professional background includes software engineering, information technology and immersive technologies.

Shey helps students look beyond simply gaining admission. His counselling focuses on selecting an education pathway that supports each student’s long-term career goals, lifestyle and future in Australia.
